What areas do you service?

We are based out of Littleton CO, but we serve the Colorado Front Range and beyond. Just give us a call to disuss travel options and we will do our best to accomodate your event needs.


What are your parking requirements?

We require enough room to park a 14' Trailer towed by a 19' foot truck. We will need enough space to drive in and out but we will detach the trailer and remove the truck during the event. Our serving window is only on the driver side of the trailer and we require level ground in order to park. We are not responsible for any damage to lawns.


Do you need access to Power?

If electricity is available we will use it to power our lights and appliances but if not we always provide a generator as well.


How early do you arrive to events?

We arrive 1 hour early to events to ensure that we have plenty of time to set up the trailer and prepare for service.


Are you licensed and insured?

Ti and Jo Coffee Co is a licensed and insured limited liability company. We can provide our business license and our liability insurance for all events. If your event is not held on private property then it is the host's responsibility to secure a permit for the event.


What are your booking and cancellations policies?

We require a $200 non-refundable deposit in order to reserve your date. The full payment must be made 10 days prior to your event date. Any overtime or last minute additions can be discussed at the event and must be paid within 24 hours after the event.


How do I book the Ace High for my event?

Please reach out to us through phone, text, or email with the date you are looking to book as well as some information about your event and we will check our calender and respond ASAP!
